I received a second bill for some patches that were sent back unopened..I sent back the Whole Unit, then a week after, I get another set of patches....I did not ever use the Stimulator and sent everything back unused..Nothing was ever explained to me how much it cost or how much they were going to bill my Insurance company..It was giving to me by a Gal from a pain management group that I was seeing for a trial, however,I had tried one before and did not get any success....Also, I took all the patches and cancelled everything to my pain management Office and received a call that it had been cancelled...Why am I receiving a bill for $62.08 for the patches I sent back (unopened) return to sender? My hus retired husband we switched to Tricare Prime retired coverage, & now after several months, i received a bill from EMSI with many charges! I should have received bill immediately so i would have known about the charges before many months went by! Plus, charging me almost $4 for 4 batteries? Give me a break! Those batteries suck too, & i never even asked for batteries ever! Cancelled my account! Aweful!
