Rust at bleach compartment and under towards the back, chipped paint

Washer at bleaxh dispenser is rusted and chipped paint also at the softener area it has started to rust. If rhe entire top lid is lifted it isalso rusted in the back of machine where the display is.
I need this issue solved, the Washer is only a few years old.
