In December I chose a 1month subscription from elite singles to see how it is. Only one month.
In January elite singles took another R779.99 out of my account without notification or approval. This is stealing. I contacted the customer care for a refund as this was an unauthorized deduction.
They are refusing to give my money back. I then said fine then give me a subscription to the value of the money they took. I am being completely ignored by customer care at elite singles. I have also sent my concern to google help centre. No response from them either. I've tried submitting a refund request on google play. They say there is an link but no link to request refund.

Google and elite singles has stolen my money out of my account and is now ignoring me.
I will post a complaint every day on every platform I can find until i get a proper response.

I will also warn people against using google payments for they are dishonest alongside elite singles.

Elite singles payment page is misleading. I chose a 1 month option. Which means it should have stopped after the month was through. Not a ongoing subscription. I only chose a 1 month option.

This is considered dishonest and stealing.
