Our flight EL033 was delayed twice on 30 July 2018. Originally we bought tickets for 12:25pm and it was delayed to 15:35pm. When we arrived to the airport we were told that the flight is delayed till 18:30pm. It’s just impossible, we can’t get through any of Ellinair staffs and until now (17:55pm) there is no information on the departure desk. We are traveling for our honeymoon trip and this issue makes us tired and sick of waiting at the airport. Instead we could have already enjoyed the whole day on the island. Just because of unprofessional treatmenet we straggling and wasting our time. I am a frequent traveler and never had experienced such a bad service. I need you to compensate the wasted day at the airport which is already paid in my hotel. Otherwise i will go viral to social media and write a huge complaint abour whole experience.
