I keep getting loan acceptance approvals sent to my home with another persons name, who I don't know of, using my mailing address. I suspect it's computer generated.

This has happen numerous times for months now, each time I call the (800) number speak to a Customer service Rep and they claim to report this activity as fraud to their in-house appropriate department and this will be stopped. Stopping this fraud never happens or stops and same person's names show's up over and over with time limit to accept this huge loan amount. How can this crap continue as the person's name is not a resident of my home or the Home owner?
