On feb 22 2019 i went to hr block to get a replacement emerald card i then cancelled the old damaged card and was then issued a new one i used the card approximately 4days on feb 26 2019 i ordered food and a hour later i went to the atm machine there was no money on my card i had a balance of 1589.17.i then called emerald card services which i was told the representative accidentally closed my account and they sent me a check..on march 4th 2019 i recieved the check which i then tried to cash at walmart and check cashing place and they both declined the check after spending almost 7hours in the phone they then tell me to download myblock and do check to card which i did myblock also declined the check.on narch 5th i toom the check back to hr block and they sent the check back overnight mail and my money was supposed to be returned in 3 to 5 business days..i keep calling and calling and nobody can tell me where my money is..Not only did they steal my miney but they sent me a bogus check..u will never do business with hr block again and i been with them 25yrs as long as they still work with this banking...i will say the hr block reps from my area have been awesome with helping me trying to retrieve my money...
