Emerald card epockets

Money gone customer service and supervisor haning up with no help I'm calling an attorney Monday and the bbb I'm not waiting 7 to 10 days.

I want me money put back on my account from that e pocket

I want my money that was taking off my emerald Card and but into and epockets account and I've never seen it or even no how to use it I want my 2000 back now
