E pocket

Put money on my e-pocket. Then try to transfer it over to my card. After somebody transactions of that day I wasn't able to do that. So I called emerald card services and they told me that they would send me an email and to follow the email directions. The email directions stated that I needed to delete the pocket in the money would go directly back onto my card. Well when I deleted it it did not go back onto my card and it was gone. So I called them back several times because they kept hanging up in my face. And after filing two case IDs they said that it would be sent to the Escalade department where they would contact me. They did several times and I would miss it because it was during business hours when I was at work and I could never call back and reach them. So I called H&r block and was on the phone with them for 3 hours because they didn't know what I was talking about. So they finally decided that they would send me to the right department which ended up I was hung up on again. So now I'm going on 2 months without my money and with no way to fix this problem.

Put my tax money in several e pockets. I couldn't transfer my money one day because of so many transfers for that day, so I called them and they told me they would email me on how to handle it. The email stated for me to delete the epocket and it would àutomatically go on my card. Well I did and it didn't so I called them, and they wouldn't help me and hung up on me several times. Called back several times got 2 case IDs saying that it was sent to escated Dept and they would call me. Well they did during business hours and I couldn't get to their calls. So I'd call back and they would tell I would have to wait on them to call me back. So I did and missed it again and again and couldn't get anything accomplished. I then called h and r block and was on the phone with them for 3 hours and they didn't even know what I was talking about. But after talking more and then looking it up they finally said they were transferring me to the right dept. Well again the call ended by then hanging up in my face. Now it's been 2 months no money no nothing no help. No way to fix it. And I'm frustrated.
