I've filed a dispute in Feb. Was told cheap flight fares had refunded my 439.00$ and would be available june.11th . I called June 11th and was told to wait 10 business days . I done so and called today and was told that cheap Flight fares never refunded me ?? I don't understand why I am being told a different story every phone call I make . I've waited my 120 days I've sent in all my information and complied. I don't understand why I am having so much trouble getting my money refunded.
