I am missing $4000 from my epockets i transferred customer service is no help now on the phone with hr block head quarters waiting to hear where my money is. $4000 is not showing in the account at all anymore. I will be filing a lawsuit if they do not resolve this immediately as they have stolen money

money deposited and was moved to an epocket which I did not do now it's all gone $7,000 and all they have done is give me no answers! Don't know what to do I have three children and am the only one working in the household trying to make ends meet but it's been really difficult that money was really going to be a blessing and now it's just poof GONE!
Any advice as to what I should do?
