I deposited mobile app my state refund check of $1800 dollars on the site it deposited into my old emerald card detail previous taxes done. Because they switched cards I was told they transferred my 1800 on to new card they claim they send waiting now on first cards 6 weeks no first card. 2 week called back they didn’t see a new card ordered so next lady ordered a replacement emerald card. Been another 3 weeks still no emerald card of 1 or 2. How do I either get my card to use my money or can I stop payment on state check somehow to be refunded back my money since they still haven’t sent me card yoo me. Call again they want to order another card correct address n all what’s the deal???
