Seller Innovation IQ via Amazon
I purchased the Emeril 26 QT XL Air Fryer with French Doors at Christmas. It was purchased from the above seller via Amazon. The description indicated it came with every accessory and tool and listed the grill plate with handle as being included. When it arrived there was no grill plate or handle. I contacted Amazon who verified this was indeed listed as being included and asked the seller to provide once. The only response from seller was it had to be ordered separately. Amazon has asked this seller twice to contact me and both times the only response was it had to be purchased separately. I then contacted the seller myself and got a long explanation about they had no control over the the description, that it is set by the Emeril company. I am extremely disappointed that one of your sellers is advertising this product indicating the above item is included but then being told it has to be ordered separately. What kind of recourse do I, as the buyer of your product have, when we order this item from one of your resellers and do not get what was promised in the ad.
