I just received the purse for my wife birthday present and I could tell right away it was fake there was no leather on the straps it was all plastic and then I took it to a lv to check for authenticity and the rep told us that it was unfortunate that we paid so much for a fake, that's very unfortunate but if I don't receive my refund will take legal action, because I was also on hold for about an hour.

You will not have to pay until it is resolved. It took about 2 months to get a credit to my account. They sell only fakes!
