Non-refund of Cancelled Flight

This refers to my complain with Emirates on their website, online agent, and on Facebook messaging.
My following flight booked on Emirates (code shared) was canceled. 3 EK6731 New York (JFK) 5 01Jul16 Fri 6:10 PM Washington (IAD) 01Jul16 Fri 7:43 PM ULXESKW 1 01Jul 01Jul 2 Pcs Confirmed ARPT * Operated by JETBLUE
Since Emirates or JetBlue did not give me alternate passage from New York to Washington either the same day or next day I was forced to make the journey through other means incurring me much cost. In addition I had to face delay and torment after a 25 hour long journey that I had undertaken just before that.
In spite of following it last more than a year I am not getting resolution.
