I would like to make a complaint of mishandling & damaging of my luggage.

On 23 Nov 2019 to 1 Dec 2019, My husband & I traveled to Europe with a group of 33person by Emirates, The following are the flight schedules:-

On 1 Dec 2019, upon arrival from DXB -KUL, when I collected my luggage, I found that it was torned apart about 12 inches long even though it was nitely wrapped when the time I checked in at AMS. I am througly upset to see my damaged luggage because it was in good condition when I checked in.
I want to claim what ever cost of my damage luggage. I look forward for your immediate action, thank you.
