I'm sitting now in the airport with a heartache because of your company. The airplain was late for 20 minutes to Bangkock and we had to change the flight to Samui. The ticket was the full- i bought one ticket including transits right to Samui. So 20 people run very fast to the gate for Samui, airplane that time hadn't flew away and we had 10 minutes to flight. But they closed the door abd leaved us in the airport. I had paid for the hotel in Samui for one night and booking can't be cancelled!!!! I paid for nothing because of your company! I think it id fair that you return me money the hotel!!! Snd i'm not telling about my heartache and nervous because of your company! I can give you all documents
