The service in the plain is very bad the girls working in plain the think they are the guest they are not the worker, they eating they not even taking care of the passengers I had to take my medication I had to wait for the break fast for hours
not one even care for it. At this time i am not taking any action I am very sick because of there negligence but if I have to go to the doctor again I will claim to the air line. and they to pay all of my medical expense.

I was traveling from Austin to Delhi on 20th July, 2015. Reached Delhi on 22nd july. I didn't receive my daughter's stroller. I filled up property irregularity report at the airport. Wen I called the Delhi airport few days back to get the status, they said the file has been closed. I was shocked. Without informing me, how can they close the file. Plz help me out.

Hi,

I was travelling on EK 516 on 6th Aug 2014 which was a connecting flight for EK 038. Due to some technical issues with one belt in Dubai many luggage's were not received at India. That included one of my bag as well which was having chocolates and a laptop.

I have received my bag today and found that many chocolates are missing. To be precise 2 Big Packs of Maltesers, One small pack of Mint Belgian chocolate and one Big pack of mix Toblerone and I have received one open pack of celebration from which some chocolates have been taken out.

Kindly let me know next course of action.
