I was booted on 8/1/2017 off W Ponce de Leon Avenue (Suntrust Bank) parking lot. I walked around the building to survey where I needed to go for my doctor's appointment prior to my appointment with Suntrust Bank. I parked directly next to the sign for EPS. After attending to both appointments all of about 30 minutes total, my car was booted. I informed the tech. it's unethical to boot someone for walking away from their car and watching to see if they went into one building first. I have a medical condition and cannot sit idle inside of a car for 30 minutes in the heat. I called the complaint number for EPS twice to ask for a refund. I finally received a call on 8/4/17 at 1:54 p.m. from Brett. After two minutes of discussing the situation and telling him that his sign should have in bold that one CANNOT LEAVE THEIR CAR UNATTENDED AND THAT YOU MUST GO DIRECTLY INTO THE BUILDINGS POSTED OR BE BOOTED. He informed me that his signs are posted and the charge will stand and hung up. I will follow up with my bank and refute the charge along with contacting any attorney handing class action claims against this ridiculous company!
