Ratheesh Kakkamani was employee in FGB and he passed away in 2015 feb. due to heart attack. I was following with bank and court since date for his dead compensation. AED 200000 is approved and insurance company deposited the cheque to court. From the court we came to know that he has loan outstanding for credit card and we have paid the amount and settled. Recently court notified us FGB is claiming again outstanding amounts against one of his account 1031031553417029. We are behind this issue since last 3 year due to bank bad policy. I met many people from the bank and came to know that still the outstanding showing because his personal loans.
I don’t understand why there outstanding if a person dead insurance should cover entire amount of his personal loan as per UAE law.
