This the card that was given to me for a free upgrade that doesn't compare to if i was stop by the police for driving a car with an expired Mississippi tag from December 2020 due to Enterprise negligence they had no business renting me that car but it was a plot and i know whos behind it they trying to. cover up they wont let me upload my photo they wont allow me to press. submitt when im trying to upload my photo dont want the public to see but its on yelp and Twitter

I rented a car and during the and during the walk around I noticed scratches on the drivers side door of the car. I brought this to the attention of the agent who replied that he was aware of it and proceeded to write.something on the contract. I assumed that he was documening this damage. What a big mistake. It wasnt until I returned the car that I realized that he never wrote it down and they said I did the damage and would have to pay for it. When I refused they filed a claim against my.private car insurance policy. My insurance company says that since The damage was not documented when I took the car I did not have a case and would probably be responsible. This of course means my insurace will go up. What a rip off company. Somebody needs to investigate Enterprise ans stop these fake, fraudulant claims.
