Been on the do not rent list for 4 years for no reason my friend was responding to me on when she was bringing me the car to use it because we was both drivers on the contract so I called just ask if she don't return it on time what do I do the rep said if she don't return it on the day call us back to report find out the reason she wasn't calling me back she had a seizure and went to the hospital and she was out and headed back with the car she lost the key when she had the seizure so she got it replaced she was 95 dollars short so she returned the car a day early and I went it paid the 95 dollars and was going to rent another car since I still had things to do the lady took the 95 dollars and said you can't rent from us you are on the list and I said for what because you are a risk you reported a car stolen and I said no I didn't all I asked was if she don't come back on time what should I do and she brought the car back a day early so nothing was wrong she tells me oh well not my fault she accidentally put you in the system as a risk and told me to get out my family have dealt with Enterprise over 20 years corporate accounts even did catering for them I call corporate have left over 30 messages nobody have called me back to resolve this matter how do you get put on a list when you don't owe money or did anything to the car and found out the reason my friend didn't have enough for the key was because they charged her 400 dollars instead of 250 biggest jerks in the rental car industry I have had many cars to mess up on me tires blowing out because not the proper air engine lights rented a convertible the top came off while I was driving and I still kept giving them chances
