Has anyone ever received a refund from this company? I have the feeling when I call I am put on hold for a while, then someone comes back with some new made up BS. This has been going on for months. I would just like to know if I am wasting my time calling them or if nagging will eventualy work? I am also filing complaints with the BBB, FTC, State Attorney and every complaint board/ consumer fraud entity I can find. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
