I have reported a faulty meter for the past 18 day with eskom until to day they give me different references and never come to that house. Eskom has really failed my family for a long time now. I don't no who to call any more, I have written emails for them and until now they is no difference, I am even tired of calling the everyday, sitting everyday in the dark with kids is not acceptable
