I HAVE HAVE £59 TAKEN FROM MY BANK ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS FROM EPM YOUR MONEY TV, I DO NOT KNOW WHO THESE PEOPLE ARE AND HAVE NEVER HAD ANY DEALINGS WITH THEM, HOW CAN I CLAIM MY MONEY BACK.

i have also just had the same, 2 transactions of £69.75 i dont remember this site, i do however remember trying to get a loan but as soon as i found brokers i came of the sites, but it seems you have to put your bank details in before you find out who you are dealing with, i wanted no dealings with this company or any other loan brokers and i have now got in contact with my bank about fraud and to contest it all and will be getting in contact with trading standards about the way these companies get away with taking peoples money when obviously they are trying to get a loan as they are in finacial difficulties in the 1st place, so why would we want to put ourselves in more debt to get out of it, surely people applying for loans is saying there is no other way out and are without money, why would they take 2 transactions even if i did want to have there services, its all a scam and i now cannot find a site for this company to ring them to cancel it, and im sure it wouldve gone over the 14 days as i have not requested a loan for over a month.will relay what happens with this so other people can try to avoid taken for a ride also.

just checked my bank account and this company has taken out off my account dont know how they got my details but it shows up on my statement have tried looking for them on google but nothing comes up that was my whole 2weeks unemployment benifet that was taken

I never used this company before, but today they charged my credit card without my permission. They took all my money, stole my 2 week benefit.

they have also done the same to me, taking 2 payments of £67.70 from my bank account, ive been in touch with there head office, who have agreed to give me one payment back, this is not good enough. I WILL be contacting TRADING STANDARDS and CONSUMER DIRECT if the full £135.50 is not payed back to me.
