I brought a 1 day subscription and cancelled as soon as it said I only had one trial view, 2 days later they take over 70 dollars out of my account that I need for my light bill. I cancelled and they never sent me an email, and they won't issue a refund because of a site error.

Usual story "being billed for one look at some porn years ago" wasn't particularly good never revisited. How do I turn this off and get the overcharge refunded. [email protected]

I saw that i've been charged 350 Kr (Nowegian currency) today, and i didnt quite know why. so i check my other transactions and it sais that the same amout of money have been charged 2 other times so theres an amount of 1050 Kr i've lost for no reason. I did some reasearch and i found out that a site calles Epoch.com took all of that money. And i found out why too. Apperently i bought a 2 day trial for realitykings. com which i remeber doing, but i also remembering cancelling the trial on the webiste so when i cancelled it like 5 months ago i never tought anything more of it becouse i CANCELLED IT. On the website and the e-mails i got it never sais anything about cancelling it on epoch.com so really dont understand this. Is there a way to get refund, becouse i got use for that money wich ive saved up for years. I wanna buy a driver lincense and car soon so every money counts. Please someone help me this is stressing me out. If someone can help me refund i would really apreaciate it.

I have tried to cancel/delete this withdrawal from my bank account, nor I have I been able to find what "subscription" or "service" this is. My bank seems unable to identify it or block it. I have not been able to track what is in my email traffic that might warrant the withdrawals! Could you help?

My bank statement shows a charge of $1.99 with a RECURRING PAYMENT option from epoch.com. I have never even HEARD of this company, much less purchased anything from them!! I know it's only $1.99, but I REFUSE to pay for something I did not purchase!! This company should be shut down for good!!!

Hi, I just posted a complaint! I am from India and I have been getting charged $24.95 every month since May 2011 (I didnt realise until a few days ago) The company is epoch.com a company I had never ever heard of until now. Do you have any idea how this could have happened? I am rather distraught and my bank in India is not being helpful.

2 days ago I just realised that I was being charged $24.95 from my credit card for since may 2011!! I couldnt believe that i had not seen my statements for that long! i spoke to the customer representative at epoch.com and she said she would make sure that the last 4 months would be refunded to my account.I AM FURIOUS! She gave me an email address-a yahoo address and a name a 'jayanth gupta' an ip adress and a postal code.I have filed a complaint with my bank but I dont know what else to do! I cannot believe so many people have been a victim of this clearly mass run crime.
