Item stucked at ' CONSIGMENT DISPATCH OUT FROM TRNSIT OFC'

As mentioned above

The notice stucked just like tht from 25th april 2020..i iknow its mco..but its too long..today is already 2nd may..the notice still say consigment dispatch out from transit ofc...is it lost or what?its my cat kibbles..they r running out of it..pls do something abt it..other item i bought through shoppee is moving...
