I haven't received my statement for this month of 9/19 my payment is due on the 14th and i have until 9/27/19 to make my payment or my insurance will get cancelled because i still have the statement from last month with the due date and cancellation date of the 27th and copies of my receipts of me paying cash because i told veronica i wanted to be taken of auto pay and pay cash she showed me where it couldn't be removed saying it was the insurance company the Agent i had before Aceunderwriting i called ocean harbor they told me call the Agent i did and was told i had to come in sign saying i wanna be removed from auto pay they sent me a copy and i started paying cash simple and it should be the same way with this agent and equity Insurance company because i got an email on 9/6/19 from wells Fargo saying my account was closed on 9/4/19 didn't have my name on it or the reason why it was being close and the reason why they finally closed it because of my insurance they gonna use that as an excuse or we tried to take your payment but it didn't go thru i even have conversation of me speaking to the Agent and being told you have until the 27th to pay your insurance before it being cancelled. and i also reported them to the Department of Financial Services and also let them know im been given high quotes for car insurance on purpose
