Went through a training class with this company if you could even call it training. It took three days or more to even get on a computer system which is what we work on to collect bills. We spent maybe a whole day on one system that we used on the job but used multiple systems. Never received training on any of the other systems we worked with. There was a man there that described in detail his wife dying and him having to take her off life support and even made the noises she was making while on life support. That was probably one of the most unprofessional things I have ever seen in my life starting a job. During training they could not get the projectors to work most of the time so they just gave us black and white screen shots on paper which isn't the same as watching a program be used or learning something together. After they rushed us through this "training" from 25-30 of us we were down to maybe 5 or 6 of us left and we went onto phones. If we asked questions we were told to read our notes. The money is okay there but the trainer and some of the team leaders are not worth the crap you will live with. I know from living in this area that they fire many people over and over. I doubt the problem is at the bottom. When you have to keep firing your employees in mass numbers... your problem is at the top. Someone needs to come in and get rid of everyone who is in top positions on the floor and go from there. The customer service reps I worked with are great at their jobs. Management is not. I wonder when they will change their name next??
