Late delivery

I have sent a parcel through Kangar Poslaju on 06.07.2018 to a customer in Klang. The parcel reached Pusat Mel Nasional on 07.07.2018. The parcel has been kept there for 9 days and only be dispatched to Cawangan Serahan Klang Selatan on 16.07.2018. At the time I write this complaint letter on 18.07.2018 at 3.45pm, the parcel still has not been sent to the receiver. May I know

a) What is going on now as I parcel still has not reached my customer yet
b) Why the parcel has been kept for 9 days at Pusat Mel Nasional.

Late delivery

I have sent my parcel through Kangar Poslaju on 06.07.2018 to a customer in Klang. The parcel reached Pusat Mel Nasional on 07.07.2018. There parcel was kept for 9 days there and only dispatched out to Cawangan Serahan Klang Selatan on 16.07.2018. Until the time I write this complaint letter, i.e. on 18.07.2018 at 1.45pm, my customer still has not received the parcel yet.

May I know

(a) What is going on with my parcel now and
(b) Why the parcel is left untended for 9 days at Pusat Mel Nasional
