Undelivered Items!!!

Hello/Hi

Can you check the details for my items. I try check in the track&trace poslaju tracking system and the result shown the items already delivered on 20.7.2018 15.44 as i attached below. But honestly, i didnt received any items/parcel from pos laju yesterday.

And, can i know whose of your staff make a delivery for taht items/parcel? This is the 2nd time happen but its my 1st complaint.

Pls assist me.
