Failed delivery

I’m using ezibox sg besi as my address because it can make me easier to pickup my parcel on my free time. I understand that my delivery failed to sent tu ezibox maybe because of some issue such as ezibox have no remaining storage. What dissapointed me is the services on hotline. I have called pos hotline a few time and waited for the operator a few couple minutes but the operator still doesn’t answer it. At the end i’m losing a lot of my mobile topup. So, how can i get the assistant ? I called because pos texted me to do so. Then what I don’t understand why pos laju cheras in charge on my delivery to ezibox sg besi? Why not pos laju sg besi? If it was under pos laju sg besi. I think i can make it to go to pos laju sg besi to pick up at the post office
