My items didn't receive yet even after 2 weeks of stucking in KLIA HUB or POSLAJU PARCEL HUB. I would love to request for my items to be delivered by this week. Because I really need it urgent.

This thing is not being notify by Poslaju / Pos Malaysia. You should have update your notice if you holding it more.
My advice, if you think your power man is not enough and parcels increases, then DON'T ACCEPT any new parcel. I already call, but didn't answer. I already send a feedback form, not one but 5 or even more since its already 2 weeks.I already go get AskPos, they make me wait for the respective agent. It's okay to wait BUT the most UNSATISFIED thing is when it it my turn, then I STARTS TO CHAT EXCITEDLY because yeay it's finally my turn after almost one and half hour of waiting, suddenly THE AGENT DIDN'T COME BACK WITH A SINGLE REPLY.
