Eric Kuvykin is a known name across many industries and business circles. He is admired as a genius entrepreneur and considered no less than a role model for having created multiple companies from scratch. Better known as the 'millionaire-making' President of Accelerated Technologies Holding Corps, listed on OTC markets as ATHC, he is actually nothing but a con man. Among the many introductions of him that you will come across, this is the most accurate introduction and pretext for him.

At Least that is what the mile long list of victims he has looted to date will argue. It is surprising and unbelievable how his reputation in the industry is still that of a skilled, professional broker even with the countless evidence and testimonies stating otherwise. Kuvykin pretends to be an advisor and consultant and claims to help traders grow their assets, when his only intention is to use them for his own gains. Truth is, he is not even a broker considering he was banned by FINRA from acting as one or even associating with a brokerage firm.

Thankfully, federal authorities are not as naive as traders under the influence of Kuvykin’s made up image of grandeur. They have actual evidence and testimonies against him to believe otherwise, which is why Kuvykin has been sued multiple times for fraud. Eric Kuvykin has a long list of charges filed against him by United States District Courts of New York, ranging from conspiracy to commit securities, mail and wire fraud and money laundering to even serial bankruptcy filing as an attempt to mislead creditors.

He has previously been indicted by United States District Court, E.D. New York for attempting fraudulent manipulation and inflation of security prices for personal gain repeatedly as well. According to a summary of the trial, the evidence pointed that Eric Kuvykin proceeded to open nominee accounts through borrowed names. He used them to purchase warrants and preferred warrants of certain securities at IPO prices in secret and made his clients purchase the same. It caused an artificial inflation in the prices of involved securities, allowing Kuvykin to sell them for maximum gain.


WHY IS KUVYKIN REFERRED TO AS THE MORTGAGER?
Being a man of many talents, it would obviously not make sense had Eric Kuvykin stuck to one genre of scamming. His other speciality is what has landed him the nickname ‘the mortgager’ by creditors. President Accelerated Technologies Holding Corps is known for borrowing huge sums of money, often through mortgage agreements with banks and other private lenders. He claims that the assets are of significant value and manages to bargain major loans. However, when it comes to repaying them or liquidating the assets, his stance changes dramatically.

All of a sudden, collateral assets tend to lose their value or go down by a lot. If that doesn't work, Kuvykin takes the ultimate final step and files for bankruptcy to weasel his way out of repaying his debts. It has also earned him the nickname of ‘Serial Bankruptcy Filer’ by the United States Bankruptcy court for having found him guilty of fooling creditors. One way or another, he finds a way to steal from others, no matter how or what it takes.

WHO IS THE ERIC KUVYKIN THAT I KNOW?

Having suffered at the hands of this vulture, I have realized many facts other than his secret tactics. By the end of our twisted interaction, I realized that he has never cared for his clients or what becomes of them after he lures them into making trades solely for his personal gain. He has decades of scamming experience working for his benefit and regardless of how many times authorities ban his broker-dealer firms and himself from trading, he keeps coming back.

Accelerated Technologies Holding Corp and any other ventures of his will always be no more than tools to aid his scamming. It is why they shall be named and shamed publicly for the scam fronts that they are, and Kuvykin with them. He is nothing but bad news, call him out for being a shameless scammer!
