Chevrolet Motors Promotion UK

For the past week, I have been receiving fraudulent messages for Chevrolet winnings of 1,000,000.00
I have contacted my local telephone company and preceded to change my password, however, today, November 7th these messages are, still affecting my reply messages - reading Chevrolet Motors, London followed by my E-mail address.

These are causing havoc and disruption to my bridal business. Might the fact that I live in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada have something to do with the mix - up. How soon might you rectify and correct this situation.
