I've only ordered from this company twice, nearly a year apart, and both times were complete disasters. I had difficulty obtaining a refund the first time, and only got one after many emails and phone calls and threats, but for some stupid reason I decided to order from the website again. Big mistake. As I write this complaint, I am still waiting for a refund that was promised to me over a month ago. What kills me is that it's not even the correct amount. Ten dollars magically disappeared from the total amount in the email to me promising I'd have my refund within 3-5 business days. So over a month later after spending my own money to return my ill-fitting dress in a package, I am still waiting on the money I spent on the returned ill-fitting dress. I have no idea if I will ever see that money again in my bank account. Don't let the eye-catching website with beautiful dresses fool you. There's a good chance you will be stuck with a dress that won't fit you and no money.
