We hired him to tile a shower and his invoices were WAY more than his estimate. When I went to inspect the work, the tile was uneven, tiles we're missing from the floor and loose. There was also a gap all along the tile because he used 1/4" hardibacker instead of 1/2" to match the drywall.
He went ballistic when we asked about his quality and increased the bill $700. He threatened to put a lien on the house and sue us for respitory issues.
