lost mobile phone

I am simarpreet kaur , resident of india.I had travelled from new new york to abu dhabi in etihadairways on 12 june 2017. and then i had a flight from abu dhabi international airport to delhi and when boarding started due to some technical fault the plane was shifted and i by by mistake left my phone in it flght no. ey223.

cash lost AUD 2700

i had AUD 2700 in black colour pouch in etihad airways flight
that was stolen or lost or dropped on side of SEAT
i am new in australia and on student visa
i had only one backup that was lost
please help me out
