Etrade Checking

I have Etrade Free Checking account for 5 years and starting last month they started to charge me for ATM Fees! when I called them they told "Oh you should have not been getting the free ATM fees refund" I asked them then to explain to me why I have been getting the ATM refunds for the last 5 years...the phone went quite!

BTW, I did not receive any notice of the changes to my account (emails or a letter in the mail)

Etrade used to be a great company but unfortunately they are becoming more and more like a regular BANK with a bunch of hidden fees and their customer service reps. are a bunch of teenagers who are NOT interested in helping the customer but rather closing the case/issue withing 24 hours.
