No air conditioning
There is no air conditioning in the coach. All the way from KL sentra to padang besar. This is the 1st time and also the last time to take Ets.

LIFT NOT WORKING
The lift leading passengers up from Alor Setar station to the train is not functioning. I nearly fell backwards when carrying my luggage. Who will be responsible if any passenger faces accidents due to this serious problem? I see passengers having a really hard time climbing too with their heavy luggage. Lifts should be repaired immediately. It’s urgent and not a light matter. Don’t wait for accidents to happen before action is taken

Disappointing train service
Dear Sir/Mdm,
I am referring to the above matter.
ETS train from Ipoh to Kl Sentral yesterday at 7.40pm was delayed. I truly understand that it happened because of the bad weather. However it was very disappointing when there is communication problems between the staff. When the train didn’t arrive by 7.45pm, one of the staff told us that due to tree uprooted in sungai buloh, train will be delayed and will only reach around 10.30pm. All of us panicked and while waiting at the station clueless, another staff came to us and said the train will arrive soon and that was around 8pm. So, we departed at 8.10pm.
However, we were dropped at Rawang station and asked to get our own transport to KL. I have paid for the tickets and also took the journey protection. On top of that, i wasted atleast one hour waiting for transport. I have no one here to come for help. Finally i got a grab and had to pay RM50 from Rawang to Kl Sentral. After that i had to take another train from KL Sentral back home. I reached home after midnight when i was supposed to reach at 10.30pm. I was travelling solo l, with luggages and it was raining also. I had to pay extra and also wasted so much time when ETS should have made arrangements prior to the accident. My heart goes to the senior citizens and the foreigners.
I am writing to seek your assistance in giving me the necessary claim for the wasted time and money. I hope to get a prompt reply from you.

No Frequent schedule to Sungai Siput
Hi,
i have notice that the ETS train service to Sungai Siput is not certify after GE15. Earlier i can get train in the morning, afternoon and evening. But this few months only morning train is available. it is really difficult for working people as we only can go after working hours. Since the train is schedule in the morning we have to apply for leave.
Hope management can reschedule the timing. So, working people and student can be use ETS after working hours.

No Frequent schedule for Sungai SIput Station
Hi,
I have notice that after the GE15 the train schedule for Sungai Siput Station is not frequent. Before GE15 i can get the train (ETS) in the morning, afternoon and evening but now only at morning. its really not fair. working people like us only can back home town after working hours. since there is no train in the evening we have to take annual leave.
hope we can get better service.

KTMB hampeh. Selalu server down. Tak ada backup server ker. Pakai satu server sj ker. Mcm mn la bleh down sampai berpa hari dah.
