ETS Ticket

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased one-way ETS ticket via KTMB website on 06 Dec 2017 (12.10 am), Total RM25. The system revert me the transaction was successful & I was charged by the bank via Maybank2u, but there were no any tickets on the website user report nor can i find any in my emails.
Hence, I would like to request for sending the ticket.
