My case has issues. The zipper is longer on one side and does not zip evenly and the strap is crooked and difficult to snap. I am unhappy with the workmanship of the case. Can I return the unused case for a refund? Can you help me?

Can you have a try to adjust the flap cover ?then the strap might be ok .

And regarding on the back zipper ,can you have a try to fix one side ,then close the zipper.

It might be better also.

If it still does not work .pls tell us .

First, the strap will not straighten, it is sewn into place, I have tried to shift it but it goes back to the being crooked. Second, the zipper is sewn shorter on one side. I should not have to loosen the zipper and then sew it to put it in place. This is unacceptable. Please send me instructions on where to send it back to you. I should not have to correct your poor workmanship. I want a full refund and to return the case. Please advise.

After 2 attempts to return item and requesting what steps to take to return item, The seller is not responding. Need help in returning item and need help to get refund. Please contact me at 818-261-3588. I do not know what to do. I have purchased several items from etsy and have had great service and have been very happy with my products. This experience is not typical but I need assistance in returning item and receiving a refund. Please help and advise.
