I have purchased xforce vaccume cleaner from flipcart & within two days it stopped working when I contacted Eureka forbes service center they informed me that we will not service you becuase u brought that item from flipcart i. e online even though product is under warranty. How could a company denies/ disowne the product & warranty. I have contacted them many times .I am disgusted with their service . It is worst customer service i ever saw. I coution public against such product & service provider. Niether flipcart or eireka forbs listening to my complain. Please be aware & caution before buying their product or buy anything online. They will
Not provide u the services if you brought their product online.

Euroclean Xforce vaccume cleaner purchased from International Trade Fair Delhi. Cleaner has been delivered at our address T-12 Parvana Vihar Sector-9 Rohini Delhi-110085 , buat as promised Bill and scarch card for some gift, has not been delivered till to-day. Kindly look into and send the same at our address given above. If not received within one month case will be filed in consumer court and complaint will be laughed with Sales Tax Commissioner, Delhi.
