I have purchased xforce vaccume cleaner from flipcart & within two days it stopped working when I contacted Eureka forbes service center they informed me that we will not service you becuase u brought that item from flipcart i. e online even though product is under warranty. How could a company denies/ disowne the product & warranty. I have contacted them many times .I am disgusted with their service . It is worst customer service i ever saw. I coution public against such product & service provider. Niether flipcart or eireka forbs listening to my complain. Please be aware & caution before buying their product or buy anything online.
