refund not get it

on 18th sept i bought a ticket to accra unfortunatly i could not fry due to the illness i went to my agent he give me the number number that i should contact the airline but when i contact , them they told me that the agent has already refund the ticket but yet still the airline is lieying to and agent too is llie. please i want my money if is not that then i will take a legal action against you .im actuallylooking forward tohear from you.
