my name is Patricia Brown i am filing a complaint against Everest Cash Advance called a few weeks ago and spoke to a supervisor she assure me no fees will come out of my checking account on August 17, 2012 i was schedule to payoff the account balance on August 17, 2012 for the amount of $581.00, On August 17, 2012 unauthorized payment of $180.00 was debited out of my account without me authorize this has cause my account to be overdrawn and to be close, these people donot speak English well at all they say one thing and do another, i am pressing charges against this company, they went into my account and took the funds without me my authorization and now they want to argue with me, after all the fees i paid..
