I recently received a call from an Investigator Michelle White regarding Everest Payday loan. Saying that they brought up charges against me for check fraud and failure to pay back the loan. The only issue is that I have never took out a loan with these people. She said it was from two years ago but could not give me the exact date or bank that this money was supposedly deposited. Something needs to be done about this company.
