I have been dealing with very unprofessionally trained and unknowledgeable financial aid personnel for the past year. I have not receive a stipend since September 2014 and when I make my weekly calls to find out what the problem is I get a different story each time I call from a different financial aid representative. No two financial aid representatives have told me the same story one. I don't get it. I am suspecting fraud on a large scale and maybe some embezzlement as well going on in this institution. I had to try to prove to the government exactly "how poor I am and how I survive on the funds that I do get from social security disability". I think that this is horrible, sad, unprofessional, inhuman, uncaring, disloyal, greedy, and down right dirty business! What happened to ETHICS? PROFESSIONALISM? MAKING SURE THAT THE STUDENT IS HAPPY??? I have been doing my classes with a lot of negative energy and doubts about the school that I am attending and I wonder about their honesty each and every day. I plan on dropping out but not before I get the legalities sorted out with a real lawyer that is not attached to Everest/Zenith University.
