I am glad I found this complaint site early enough into my loan.
I have borrowed $300.00. I have only made one $90.00 payment so far but I have read what everyone
has said about this company. So, what I did was juggle my budget and decided to pay the full $390.00
off in full when my next check comes in one week. I wrote to customer service. I had no trouble finding
them to write to.I also had no trouble looking at my account online and seeing what I have paid and what I owe and when my next payment date was. But I was worried after reading all the complaints and that is when I decided to pay in full and sent them an e-mail stating for them to take the full payment from my next paycheck or I will close my account if they don't or they only take $90.00 and within 3 minutes of sending the e-mail to customer servIce I tried logging back into my account and Guess What? I cannot log back into my account at all! Oh, If I want to take another loan that information pops up but not to look at my account which I have already seen. They have locked me out. I then sent another e-mail telling them I know what they are up to. If only $90.00 is taken out with my next paycheck and not the $390.00 that I have asked for I will close my account. I also stated I will call their customer service number every day and all day until I reach someone and they have had one full business week to act upon my request.
I also have stated that I have saved all correspondence...dated and signed by me as well as to whom I was sending these e-mails to.
If I wasn't in dire need of a small loan to help me thru because of working 2 days a week and needing it to hold me until my 4 day a week paychecks kicked in I would have never done this. This was the worst mistake I have made in a long time. I have used 2 other companies like this and Never Ever had this problem! Thanks for having this complaint board out there and if anyone tells you anything good about them then I do agree and believe it is someone from Everest themselves. Thank God I saw this information in time to stop from having more and more taken out when all I wanted to do was pay what I did owe even if it was a higher rate than other companies.

I would really consider getting your loans online as there are many great websites out there. I agree with the previous post as if you are getting a loan you should try and google the words
'cash loan me' and it will pull up the cashloan.me website that is an excellent choice for getting a cash loan online.
