Same thing happened to me no refund after over a month called several times and talked to them via there website said they lost paperwork .Good thing I copied everything !! Then they said i would see refund by the end of the week lol nope no refund! Then they said they just did the refund and I should see it in 2 days lmao nope not there. Called my credit card company to check they never did a refund just lied and kept dragging me along so my credit card company put in a dispute to get my money. Don't buy from these guys if you do save everything make copies or you will never see your money!!!
