This offer includes:
• Book a minimum of 2 nights and receive a complimentary 3rd night stay
• Complimentary buffet breakfast
• Complimentary WiFi broadband access throughout the hotel premises

This offer is available from 1 Nov 2011 through 31 Aug 2012.
I have also checked up that the maximum rate is MYR 950 (including all taxes) for the room that I stayed. In that case I should have been charged only for 2 nights @MYR 950*2= MYR 1900 which is equal to INR 33518/- AS ON TODAYS CONVERSION RATE. Third night is complimentary as per the hotel.
It is surprising that a reputed agency like AGODA has charged me INR 52,795 instead. In fact your offer should be less that INR 33518 because you boast of major discounts and tie up with wide range of hotels.
I have attached all the pamphplets, snap shot of hotel website and also have made a dummy booking just to show the special offer deal and the current room rate in the Horizon executive room that I stayed.
Can you please get this checked and refund the excess amount charged to me.
I have also spoken to some senior people in the hotel but I hope that you will sort it all by yourself and refund the excess money charged to my card.
